Cold- smoked using bark-free, aromatic selected hardwood, Noble Smokeworks smoked salts perfectly complement your favorite dish. The type of hardwood used for smoking impacts the flavor, from a mild smoky flavor for vegetables to a hearty smoked enhancement for your steak dinner.
All of Noble's smoked salts are cold-smoked using a proprietary process, with no artificial flavors added. Each bottle is hand packed in their FDA-inspected facility for your enjoyment.
Noble's flaked salt is extra-coarse, screened, and compacted into thin, flat, smooth-surfaced, plate-like ("lamellose") crystals that have a large surface area and low mass that gives them a crunchy texture.
Noble's salts contain a minute concentration of yellow prussiate of soda as a water-soluble anticaking agent.

Fantastic finishing salt
The Noble hickory salt is a great finishing salt to add when you want a subtle smoky flavor with a little seasoning. The salt is a coarse flake with a very clean flavor and won't overpower your foods. I love it on my morning eggs. The service from bestbbqrubs.ca is beyond reproach
