The perfect connection of the plate and chassis makes it unique and very easy to clean. The galvanized steel powder-coated resists corrosion and UV unlike the epoxy whose color will pass in time. With its high quality enamelled cast iron plate, guaranteed for life, the heat distribution is uniform, allowingprecise and homogeneous cooking. The high edges ensure easy maintenance and clean cooking.Its large cooking areamakes it possible to prepare dishes for a large number of guests. Eco-designed, it saves 20% of energy thanks to the double wall of the plate and chassis. The heat is thus confined without loss andthe flame resistance to the wind is excellent.Itsrapid heatingoffers an exceptional culinary experience, for searing meats, vegetables, fish... ENO’s lifetime warranty is valid for its enamelled cast iron plates only and it does not cover second-hand products or impact- or accident-related damages. Proof of purchase will be required to claim the warranty. To claim the warranty, consumers must return the defective enamelled plate to our workshops at their own cost.
