FREE SHIPPING ON RUBS, SAUCES and ACCESSORIES

We are happy to offer Free Shipping on rubs, sauces, marinades and accessories on orders over $150 before taxes to most Canadian provinces.  For orders over $150 being shipped to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and Newfoundland and Labrador a $20 flat fee shipping rate will apply

We reserve the right to select the carrier used and are unable to accommodate 3rd party freight collection.  We cannot guarantee that a free shipping option will be available to your shipping address.

Please note, All BBQ Canada reserves the right to cancel, reject, correct or terminate at any stage of the order processing, including after an order has been submitted and confirmed, and your credit card or Paypal account has been charged. In the event your order is canceled by All BBQ Canada after your credit card or Paypal account has already been charged All BBQ Canada will immediately issue a credit to your payment card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank or credit union policies will determine when the amount is credited to your account. We are unable to have a refund appear faster on your credit card, as this is out of our control.

Do to the increase in shipping costs Wood, Pellets, Charcoal, Grills, Pour N Store containers, Drip EZ Prep Tubs and Butcher Paper do not qualify for free shipping.

Currently we only provide e-commerce shopping to Canadian addresses.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days via your choice of Canada Post, Canpar, ICS Courier, Fedex, Purolator or UPS.  All shipping options will be presented at check out. 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following the weekend or holiday.

Please allow 1 - 10 business days for delivery depending upon your geographical distance from Kingston.  We do not guarantee carrier delivery times once your order has been picked up from our store.

A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your order leaves our warehouse.
