A Creole influenced Cajun seasoning inspired by barbecue, grill and slow cooking.
A hand prepared blend of quality dried chilli, lemon, caraway, fennel and more bound together with sea salt and a hint of sugar to add bombastic, jazzy flavours from the Deep South, and great with shrimp, pork, fish and chicken.
Give salmon fillets a kick with a generous sprinkle and leave to sit for an hour. Dry fry for around 4 minutes per side and serve with homemade salsa - Blackened Salmon in less than 10 minutes.
