On a recommendation from Dean, I took his advice and bought a bottle of Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle. I used it on a smoked cream cheese recipe that I had and also used Everything Bagel rub as a coating. The Blues Hog perfectly accentuated the flavor. A little heat… A little sweet… It was amazing. I would strongly recommend it.
