This mix is magical and it is very close to authentic Brazilian chimichurri. It's not too salty, which we love, and the herbs taste pretty fresh (yes, dried herbs and spices can get very old before they get sold. But not this one!). Also, this spice mix isn't loaded with chemicals and preservatives. Overall, very good!
