The plancha Enosign combines design and exceptional performance. Its contemporary design harmoniously integrates into any outdoor space. The perfect connection of the plate and chassis makes it unique and very easy to clean. Powder-coated galvanized steel resists corrosion and UV as opposed to epoxy, which will change colour over time. With its high-quality enameled cast iron plate guaranteed life, the heat distribution is uniform, allowing accurate and consistent cooking.High edges ensure easy maintenance and clean cooking. Its large cooking area makes it possible to prepare dishes for a large number of guests. Eco-designed, it saves 20% energy thanks to the double wall of the plate and chassis. The heat is thus contained without loss and the flame resistance to the wind is excellent. Its rapid heating offers an exceptional culinary experience, for searing meats, vegetables, fish... Its adjustable thermostat 7 positions allows precise temperature control. The Enosign gas collection is available in 2 sizes in stainless steel or navy blue steel. ENO’s lifetime warranty for its enamelled plates excludes other components that are covered by the contractual warranty and is valid provided the plate is used in regular domestic conditions and the product’s care instructions are followed. ENO’s lifetime warranty is valid for its enamelled cast iron plates only and it does not cover second-hand products or impact- or accident-related damages. Proof of purchase will be required to claim the warranty. To claim the warranty, consumers must return the defective enamelled plate to our workshops at their own cost.
